Abstract
【Objective】To observe the bone healing of postoperative bone defect of benign bone tumor treated with allogeneic bone graft.【Methods】Thirty seven cases benign bone tumor locating on humerus,distal radius,femur tuberositas,femur neck, femur shaft,tibia or calcaneus,including bone cyst,bone fibrous structure dysplasia,nonossifying fibroma and enchondroma,were treated with allogeneic bone graft after tumor resection.The period of follow up was 8 months to 10 years.【Results】Thirty six cases had clinical union and 1 non-union.During follow up,1 patient with clinical union had refracture.【Conclusion】Allogeneic bone graft is an effective and reliable procedure for the treatment of bone defect after resection of benign bone tumor.Nevertheless tome factors affecting graft osseointegration need further study.
