Abstract
Based on Dyeing wool with acid red G, ultrasound dyeing was investigated. It appeared that on the basis of achieving a high soap-washing fastness, compared with conventional dyeing process, ultrasound dyeing can increase dye up-take, save the amount of dyes, improve environment-pollution, enlarge diffusion coefficient, reduce that active energy of dyeing, low dyeing temperature, shorten dyeing time, therefore save energy, develop productivity. It is possible that wool was dyed with acid dye at low temperature in short time. Obviously, ultrasound dyeing process is rational in economic and feasible in technology, it has a broad development prospective.
