Clinical Observation of “Jianpi Yishen Decoction” in Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Jianpi Yishen Decoction in treating chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods On the basis of routine treatment, 61 subjects were divided into two groups randomly, 31 patients in treatment group were treated by Jianpi Yishen Decoction and 30 patients in control group were treated byNiaoduqing Granule, with a course of 60 days. Before and after treatment, blood routine, renal function and sexual hormones were detected. Results The total effective rate was 74.2% in treatment group and 53.4% in control group, P 0.05. In treatment group after treatment, Hb, TP, Alb Ccr and T were significantly improved, E2 fell significantly, P 0.05. BUN, LH, FSH and PRL changed little. Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Decoction is effective in preventing the progress of CRF and improving sexual hormone disturbance.
