Thinking From Science of Civil Law on Euthanasia——Also Comment on the Problem of Legalization of Euthanasia

Most scholars have had an about euthanasia from the aspects such as philosophy,religion,ethics, medicine instead of analyzing from civil law's principle theories.This article attempts to apply the analysis by legal inter- est to the research of euthanasia from the aspects of natural man's right of life and personal dignity.Based on this,the article puts forward that choosing euthanasia is man's nature right,and euthanasia should be legalized.
