Some Thoughts on Euthanasia from the View of Personality Right

Abstract
The problem of euthanasia has been approached mostly from the viewpoint of philosophy, religion, ethics and medicine rather than from that of the basic theories of the civil law. This paper attempts a preliminary examination of euthanasia on the basis of life right and human dignity right of the civil law, pointing out that the choice of euthanasia is the natural right of natural persons and that it should be legalized.
