Characteristics of Law and Obstruction of Legislation to Euthanasia

Abstract
It is a challenge that the euthanasia is proposed to the traditional medicine,traditional ethics,and the traditional law.The author advances that euthanasia is a part of medical services.The medical power is processes the human body and the life right.The advantageous expectation premise is prerequisite to the medical power.The characteristic of the euthanasia legal relationship distinguishes between the general civil legal relationships mainly lies in tow aspects.The object of civil legal relationship refers to thing,behavior and intelligence achievement which the civil right and the civil obligation institute aims together.Whereas the object of euthanasia legal relationship actually is refers in particular to patient's life or the healthy power.
