Abstract

University laboratory technical team plays an important role in experimental teaching,science and technology research and external service etc.And the key to the laboratory's sustainable development lies in the establishment of a high quality technical team.This paper analyzed the existing state of the laboratory staffs and the problems to be solved in order to promote the work of laboratory to a new stage.
