Abstract

University laboratory technical team plays an important role in experimental teaching,science and technology research and external service etc..This paper analyzes the main problems and their causes existing in the technical team of laboratory.The paper also suggested that an innovation and sustainable development technical team of laboratory should be constructed to solve the long-term existing problem,through innovating in ideas,positioning laboratory technicians as experimental teachers,formulating development plan,improving evaluation and incentives system.
