Abstract

It is very strategically important to pay attention and strengthen the construction of university laboratory technical team.We should do as follows:firstly,to position the clear value of laboratory technical team;and secondly,to improve laboratory quality requirements of the technical team;thirdly,to strengthen the education and training of laboratory technical team;fourthly,to innovate laboratory and technical team management system,lastly,to improve the laboratory techniques team incentives.
