Three Problems for Land Requisition in the Process of Urbanization

Land requisition during the process of urbanization is facing a lot of problems in ground of land requisition,property right of the farming land,farmer's interests and so on.The current method of land requisition might lead to second inequality for the farmers in succeeding to the great gap between city and countryside.That is why we need to consummate as soon as possible the system of land requisition,clear up the property right of the collective land,launch a mechanism of land exchange,and promote the development of urbanization for rural regions.
