A Study of the Application of PDCA Management System in Hospital

With the rapid development of market economy and the constantly improvement of medical technology,most hospitals only focus on hardware indicators,such as the improvement of medical technology or expert cultivation,and ignore the problems,such as low efficiency and poor quality of service. However,the needs for high-level medical treatment are higher and higher and the existing management mode of hospital cannot meet the needs of patients. PDCA has great advantages in terms of quality management. In this paper,the PDCA will be applied to the management of the hospital management system to study on some problems existing in the management of the hospital.
