Implementing PDCA cycle in nursing management and hospital evaluation

PDCA cycle management method was used in nursing management and the preparation of hospital evaluation. Through the circulation of plan, do, check and action, the authors found a lot of problems and shortcomings of nursing, then they analyzed the causes and influencing factors, put forwarded corresponding measures, formulated and improved various rules and regulations, and established some scientific, standardized, and reasonable work flows. To ensure the effectiveness of PDCA, they strengthened the supervision in the implementation process.
