Abstract

The article has introduced the concept of the technological innovation in the small and medium-sized enterprises and also has analyzed the current situation and influencing factors of the technological innovation in Hunan province, it has provided some advices for improving the environment of technological innovation policy of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hunan province.
