On the Appearance of new Generation of Political Strata in Guizhou Province

Since the late Qing Dynasty,the most important event in the course of Chinese modernization is the reform of social politics.Political reform,no matter what form is,could not be fulfilled with the traditional political power,it needs to destroy the old and establish the new,and rely on the new kind of politicians and enthusiasts,so the appearance of new political strata is the main feature at this transition.From the late Qing Dynasty,in the course of the reform of modern society,appeared gradually in China including Guizhou province the new kind of political strata,such as reformers in the period of Hundred Days of Reform,capitalist constitutionalists in supporting New Policies and the members of the other political organizations,and the revolutionists and the other political parties which made up their minds to overthrow Qing Dynasty.
