Political Cultural Analysis of the Xi—ning Reform

Xi-Ning reform which had been faced with the traditional political culture of the northern Song Dynasty, was sevierved for fednal system of central polar circle ,which started at initial stage of the northern Song Dynasty. In order to move forward political reform, Wang An-shi condemned and resisted gaginst traditional political culture. But at the same time he had shown the acceptance of identification for some traditional political cultural ideas obviously. As highest policymaker and leader, Song Sheng-zong and other personages of political reform, who were also got the influence of traditional political culture. In general, the reform was going on under the restriction and the serious influence of traditional political culture. It unavoidably made the structure of political reform had various deviation and defect. In its long-term implement, the new system could not form corresponding new political culture, which make new system be hard to get support and the extensive identification on social consciousness and social political psychology.
