Predicaments and solutions of rural school development under the background of urban and rural education integration

The two different structures of urban and rural areas have caused a lot of social problems for a long time,especially the matter of education imbalance. As an important part of public service system,education is actually facing the problem of gradually widening gap between the urban and rural areas. Under the background of urban and rural education integration,there are many difficulties in the development of rural schools: inadequate preparation of teachers,teacher structural imbalance,low quality of teachers,serious shortage of students,single structure of students,lack of family education,as well as other predicament,rural school running resources,quality education,informatization construction,and so on. In addition to rely on urban schools' help,it is more important for rural schools to have consciousness of development. Rural schools must try to find solutions themselves. Urban and rural schools should make efforts to promote the balanced development and relative fairness of education.
