Abstract
Three problems were encountered in the course of t the rural education development in America,India and Japan as follows:the small-scale rural schools,the shortage of teachers in rural areas,the poor quality of rural education.Small-scale rural school is an important core feature which causes many problems of rural education.The shortage of teachers in rural areas and their low quality are the focus of the reform and development of rural education,which directly lead to the inferior status of rural education.It is significant for the development of rural education in our country to be sensitive to and research on these problems.
