Observation on treatment effect of rabeprazole associated with mosapride on reflux esophagitis

Objective To probe into the clinical efficacy of rabeprazole associated with mosapride on reflux esophagitis.Methods 96 reflux esophagitis patients were divided into observation group(48 cases) and control group(48 cases).The observation group was treated by rabeprazole associated with mosapride.And,the control group was treated by famotidine associated with mosapride.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.8%,which was obviously better than 72.9%,that of the control group.The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of rabeprazole associated with mosapride on reflux esophagitis is significant.Drug combination could reduce the damage of gastric acid to esophagus effectively and promote gastro-oesophageal emptying for avoiding reflux.It is easy to be taken with rapid onset and less untoward effect.So it is worthy of clinical popularization.
