The Clinical Analysis of 74 Patients of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Treated by Rabeprazole and Mosapride

Objective: To explore the effects of gastroesophageal reflux disease treated by rabeprazole and mosapride.Method:150 patients of gastroesophageal reflux disease from Mar.2005 to Mar.2011 were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(n=74),and the control group(n=76).The observation group were given rabeprazole and mosapride,and the control group were treated only with rabeprazole.Result:After two months treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.24%,significantly difference to the control group,with the rate of 81.58%(X2=4.61,P0.05).There was no obvious adverse effect.Conclusion: The treatment effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease treated by rabeprazole and mosapride would be remarkable,safe and reliable,which could apply in practice.
