Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the immunological function of HIV /AIDS patients in Zigong, so as to provide scientific basis of targeted treatments. [Methods] Lymphocytes was detected by FACSCalibur flow cytometerin (PCM), and threecolor Immunofluorescent was detected by Mulitest detection analysis software. [Results] CD4+ counts and ratio of CD4+counts to CD8+ counts in HIV / AIDS patients’ peripheral blood were lower than those of normal controls (P﹤0.01), CD8+ counts in HIV infection’ peripheral blood were higher than those of normal controls’ and AIDS patients’. The CD4+ counts of 9 patients ( 19.6% ) were between 200 / mm3 and 300 / mm3, 22 patients ( 43.5% ) between 301 / mm3 and 500 / mm3, and 17 patients (36.9%) more than 500 / mm3. CD4+ counts declined with the disease progression. [Conclusion] The level of CD4+ counts of HIV infections were lower than general people. The CD4+ counts of 9 patients with HIV infection was down to 200 / mm3 and 300 / mm3, and four of them had some clinical symptoms, they had the possibility to become the AIDS patients. Therefore, these HIV infections should be pay attention to and treated.
