Abstract
Objective: To study and discuss the change of CD4+ .CD8+ T lymphocyte in HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis patients. Methods:DYNA beads method was performed to count the CD4+, CDS+ T lymphocyte. Statistical analysis was done using bio-t test. Results: CD4+Tlymphocyte counts in all of the HIV/AIDS Patients were much lower than healthy peoplee,83 .4% of them were lower than 500 cell/ul. CD4+ Tlymphocyte counts decreased in hepatitis too, but only 28. 8% were lower than 500 cell/ul,24. 2% were higher than 800 cell/ul. CD8+ T lymphocyte counts were much higher in HIV/AIDS Patients than in hepatitis patients with same CD4+ T lymphocyte level. There was not direct correlation between sympton and CD4+ T lymphocyte level in HIV infected person, so can neither estimate the condition of patients only use CD4+T lymphocyte counts nor estimate the immune status Only with the patients condition. Conclusion: Both HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis have abnormal CD4+, CD8+ T lymphocyte counts at different level. CD4+ T lymphocyte counts is an important parameter in HIV/AIDS, but it is not anabsolute Parameter. There Aught be a very vaportant relationship exist between CD8+ T lymphocyte level and the clinical course of patients.
