Empirical Research on the Competitive Power of Agricultural Products Processing Industry of Hunan Province——Based on Inter-provincial Comparison

Agricultural products processing industry is a forward correlation industry to agriculture.It plays the important role of guidance and feedback for agriculture and helps to increase farmers' income,promote modernization and industrialization of agriculture.The paper builds an evaluation system of competitive power of regional agricultural products processing industry by applying analytic hierarchy process and put the relevant data of five provinces in central China including Henan,Hubei,Hunan,Anhui and Jiangxi into the system for analysis.The quantified evaluation conclusion shows that the competitive power of agricultural products processing industry of Hunan is at moderate level compared with the other provinces.
