Analysis on Organizational Changes in the Agro-processing Industry in Hunan Agricultural Industrialization Management

Abstract
The paper,bases on the perspective of micro-agriculture industrialization and agriculture organization theory,analyzed the changes of agriculture products processing industrial organization structure and market performance.The result of empirical analysis illustrate that the polarization exists in the market structure of Hunan agriculture products processing industry,tobacco industry is oligopoly type,and other agriculture products processing industries are atomic type;on the other hand,the market performance of Hunan agriculture market performance is higher than the national average level.
