Clinical study of ultra-powder Zhizhu pills for functional dyspepsia in spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultra-powder Zhizhu pills on patients with functional dyspepsia in spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome.Methods 57 patients with functional dyspepsia in spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome were divided randomly into treatment group,treated with 1/3 dose of ultra-powder Zhizhu pills and control group with total dose of traditional Zhizhu pills,both in 14 days,the gastrointestinal emptying and symptoms before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the curative effect.Results The curative effect rate of syndrome and total effective rate between the groups was no statistical significance(P0.05);the difference of gastric-emptying was statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Zhizhu pills can be effective to improve symptoms and gastrointestinal-emp-tying,and the 1/3 dose of ultra-powder Zhizhu pills is equivalent curative effect to total dose of traditional Zhizhu pills.
