Clinical Observation of Zhizhu-kuanzhong Capsule in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhizhu-kuanzhong capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods:120 cases,diagnosised by functional dyspepsia Western RomeⅢcriteria,were the dialectical type of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency according to Chinese medicine,and were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were given 3 Zhizhu-kuanzhong capsules (0.43g/ capsule),three times daily; the control group were given Domperidone tablets 10mg,3 times daily,the course of the two groups was 4 weeks. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P0.05).At the end of the four weeks,the two groups patients’symptoms in abdominal distension,upper abdominal pain,early satiety,were improved; but the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P0.01). Conclusion:Zhizhu-kuanzhong capsule could cure functional dyspepsia effictively.
