Abstract

Through the analysis of current circumstances of teacher training in higher vocational and technical schools, this paper points out some problems and puts forward the author's opinion that it is vital to set up certifying bodis for teachers' qualification, organize the training means for graduate studies, strengthen the management of the on duty training of the teachers', and make full use of the teachers' training bases.
