Abstract
The strengthening of teacher training and increase of teachers' quality are the fundamental guarantee of the improvement of teaching quality and the serve to local economy by vocational colleges. The paper discussed the objectives, principles, methods, patterns and ways of teachers' training and evaluation about teachers' training and evaluation in order to increase teachers' quality, and raised instructive suggestions.
