Effect observation of Captopril combined with nifedipine extended release tablets in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of captopril combined with nifedipine extended release tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods 100 cases of hypertension patients who had been treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were mainly treated with nifedipine extended release tablets,and the observation group were treated with captopril combined with nifedipine extended release tablets,then the treatment effect of the two groups was observed.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group droped significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 96.0%,and that of patients in the control group was 78.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of captopril combined with nifedipine extended release tablets is obviously,and it also has less adverse reactions and higher safety,so deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
