Abstract

Using reverse micelles of SDS(Sodium dodecyl sulfate)/isooctane/octanol extraction of sunflower seed protein, discussed in the ultrasound assisted extraction, study effect of W0, buffer p H, buffer concentration,solid-liquid ratio, temperature, time and surfactant concentration on the extraction rate of protein forward and backward extraction. The results showed that : the optimum conditions of forward extraction process for the concentration of SDS was 0.07g/m L,the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶25(g/m L),buffer concentration of0.07mol/L,p H6.5,W0=27,extraction time was 35 min, temperature was 40℃ condition for. Backward extraction optimum conditions were:the salt concentration was 0.9mol/L,p H value of buffer solution was 7.5,extraction time was 45 min,the extraction temperature was 35℃,under these conditions, the forward extraction rate of protein was 89.93%,backward extraction rate was 65.01%,the total extraction rate of protein was 58.46%.
