Abstract
Objective To find out the main quality problems in rural health services through investigation of rural health service quality management.Method Six counties among totally 40 project counties were sampled for field study.Vendor and supervisor were focused,meanwhile,qualitative and quantitative methods were used for data collection.Result There were serious quality problems in the structure,process and outcome dimensions of rural primary health service.The quality of rural primary health service delivery can’t meet the growing health needs of rural residents.Conclusion The quality of rural primary health service should be improved step by step basing on the reality.
