From Literary Criticism to Cultural Criticism

The conception of literary criticism belongs to the modernistic realm while cultural criticism belongs to the perception of the post-modernism.Affected by the discourse theory,criticism approaches are turning to cultural studies.They are not completely antithetical but strongly interrelated.Literary criticism provides culture criticism with plenty of methods and experience,meanwhile cultural criticism is likely to innovate literary criticism.Accordingly they can move towards a wider range of critical vision.
