Abstract
After joining the WTO, Chinese enterprises’ going global to take part in international competition has become an inevitable choice. How to allocate resources all over the world and take a favorable position in the international market have become a strategic choice for Chinese enterprises. This paper analyzes the further reasons for the decline of Japanese enterprises in China in terms of the ups and downs of their development in China. And it comes to the enlightenment for Chinese enterprises going global: attaching importance to long-term efficiency and profitability and carrying out the overall strategy; doing as the Romans do and stressing localization; focusing on creating and maintaining brand image; valuing the cultural integration; enhancing enterprises’ awareness of social responsibility to repay the local community actively; establishing and improving the modern enterprise system and the transnational operation and management system.
