Low-carbon Green Development and Chinese Enterprises"Going Global" Strategy

To implement the going global strategy is an important part of China's opening to the outside world policy. With the rapid growth of China's overseas direct investment, international influence of Chinese enterprises has been enhanced increasingly, but high attention from the international community has been paid to Chinese companies for their environment and social influence on the host countries. As China has promoted the ecological civilization construction to a strategic height,China's enterprises need to pay more attention to corporate social responsibility in the process of going global, and spreading out China's low carbon green practices in the positive way. The present situation of China's overseas direct investment as well as environmental and social impact on host countries was analyzed, the low carbon green development should be a new request on Chinese enterprises in going global strategy was pointed out.
