Abstract
Objective To further explore the effect of high quality nursing service mode on the depression and functional disability in patients with cerebral apoplexy so as to improve the content of the clinical treatment for patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods The clinical treatment and nursing data of 118 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group treated with high quality nursing and the control group treated with the conventional nursing with 59 cases in each group. The antidepressant drugs used during the nursing process of both groups were counted. Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(24 items)(HRSD) and modified Rankin Scale(m RS) were used to evaluate the depression and functional disability of the patients. And the recovery of the two groups was compared. Results 6months after hospital discharge, the status of depression and disability of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P0.05. In addition, the mortality rate of the control group was 6.78% and that of the treatment group was 1.69%, the difference was statistically significant, P 0.05. Conclusion For the treatment of cerebral apoplexy, high quality nursing fits the treatment content better. Furthermore, it improves the depression and disability after stroke significantly.
