Abstract

Objective:To further study and compare the clinical care effect of nursing intervention in patients with starting stroke proposed in our hospital, and to provide guidance and help for the nursing practice of patients with starting stroke.Method:124 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients in the starting stroke were chosen as the research object, and they were taken for retrospectively analysis.According to the implementation of nursing intervention, the patients were divided into the observation group and control group respectively, and the clinical effects were compared after the nursing intervention for patients.Result:In the somatization symptoms, forced, depression, hostility and anxiety scores, compared between groups, observation group patients were significantly superior to the control group patients, and P 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The overall quality of life, role function, emotional function, social function and so on grading, compared between groups, observation group patients were significantly superior to the control group patients, and P 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:In clinical nursing in patients with cerebral apoplexy starting practice, the nursing intervention measures proposed in our hospital has important significance in clinical practice, and it is a reliable choice of patients with starting stroke.
