Abstract

The tota1 DNA was extracted from the bean, horse bean and soybean with methods of high salt,SDS and CTAB.The quality of the DNA was examined with spectrophotometer and agarose gel electrophocesis. Results showed that high salt was the optimum method in extracting the total DNA from three leguminous plants.
