Abstract
Objective: To establish a quantitative method of determination of bergenin in Bergenrae pacumbis by RP-HPLC.Method: The sample were separated on the column of Zorbax SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) which eluted with methanol and water(25∶75).Detected wavelength at 274 nm,flow rate at 0.8 ml/min,column temperature at 35 ℃;The Supersonic extraction of bergenin was studied by orthogonal experiments. Results: Bergenin was base-isolated.The linear ranges of bergenin was 0.306~2.14 μg(r=0.999?8);The average recoveries were 101%(RSD=2.2%).Conclusions: The method is rapid and precise.
