Innovation of Discipline Development in Teaching-oriented Local University

Abstract

Teaching-oriented local university has to face the pressure of scale expansion,lack of university-running resource,upgrading of university-running and urgent elevation of university strength.In severe discipline construction competition and with weak university-running strength,teaching-oriented local university has to deal with well the issue of speeding up discipline construction and development.In order to innovate discipline development,teaching-oriented local university should establish the idea of serving local social and economic development and put forward discipline development strategy,cultivate discipline specialty and strengthen discipline innovation capacity, build discipline platform and support innovation development,innovate management mechanism and promote sustainable discipline development.
