Abstract

【Objective】The species of Xinjiang plant is rich and unique,which provide a wealth of germplasm and material basis for the plant cultivation.Therefore,it is very important for the protection and research of Xinjiang plant germplasm resource to establish a database of Xinjiang plant germplasm resources with information technology so as to collect,store and query the relative data of plant germplsam such as the crops,forest,medicinal plant and wild plant in Xinjiang and neighboring countries.【Method】Basing on the collect standard of plant germplasm rousrce data was researched and decided,a system software was developed with the construction technology of database,the ASP technology and WEB technology.【Result】Through the database system of plant germplsam be designed and developed,the function of digital storage and web servieces for the germplasm data baseing on the INTERNET was realized.【Conclusion】The database system of Xinjiang plant germplasm resources was designed and developed in this paper,which has a resonable construction,practical function,and run stably,can meet the demand for the digital management of Xinjiang plant germplasm resource and for the exchange with foreign plant germplasm resources.
