Abstract

This paper mainly studies the protective effect of colostrin on mice's chemical liver injury .:Mice were randomly devided into 5 groups ,low dose of group and high dose of group were given ig 0.2g/kg.d and 0.6g/kg.d respectively.Positive group were given ig 0.2g/kg.d bifendate .Normal group and model group were given ig distilled water .After 30 days ,mice were treated with 1% CCl4 and then were killed. AST, ALT of serum in mice were measured ,SOD and MDA of blood and liver were determined ,liver pathological changes were observed. Colostrin can significantly inhibit the elevation of AST,ALT of serum in mice ,can increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA , meanwhile colostrin can relieve the hepatic injury .Colostrin has the protective effect on mice's chemical liver injury induced by 1% CCl4.
