Calcium Channel Blockers Treatment of 220 Cases of Hypertension Clinical Experience

Objective Investigation the calcium channel blocker to hypertension clinical therapeutic effect.Methods 220 cases of hypertension patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group each 110 examples,the observation group using felodipine 53:25 treatment,control group using nifedipine tablet treatment.Results The two groups after treatment of SBP and DBP is better than a before treatment improed significantly(P0.05),and the observation group SBP and DBP decline significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05);The total effective rate observation group is 91.82%,to 78.18% in the placebo group,compared with statistical significance(P0.05);Adverse reaction rate observation group is 5.5%,to 13.64% in the placebo group,the observation group is significantly better than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Felodipine 53:25 curative effect in the treatment of hypertensive ideal,safe and reliable,it is worth in the clinical application.
