On the Perfection of the Legal System of Labor Security Supervision of China

Abstract
Based on clear definition of the legal system of labor security supervision,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in China's labor security supervision legal system,and discusses the causes behind them. Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the system. It is hoped that the findings can provide some reference for the theoretical research and practice innovation of the system.
