Constructing Harmonious Model of Labor Security Supervision and Its Thinking

Abstract

Labor security supervision plays a significant role in protecting legal rights of both employees and employers,and maintaining stable harmonious relations of employment and society.But in the practice of supervision,different models will produce different results and effects in the different processes.Based on an analysis of short comings and deficiencies in current common model of labor security supervision,this paper presents a harmonious model of labor security supervision,and elaborates the essential framework for this model with its regional features as represented by Jiangsu Province.
