Abstract
Stock supervision legal system belongs to the field of economic law. Sociality is the essence of economic law. It is also the essence of security supervision legal system. In the view of present condition of security supervision in China, to perfect it must base on overall economic benefits of the society, and define the power of government supervision and the right of security self-discipline institute properly.
