Emphasis on institutional promotion for the construction of the socialist political civilization

Formation of a socialist political civilization has been set in the 16th session of the Chinese Communist Party as an important target for total construction of a relatively rich society. The essential problem for developing socialist democratic politics in China and forming a socialist political civilization is just in strengthening the institutional construction. At present, it is quite necessary to strengthen the construction of democratic institution inside the party and continue to develop and consummate people's congress system, multi-parties cooperation and political discussion system under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, and system of autonomic determination and democratic management in basic organizations. All of these institutions are the features and merits of the Chinese socialist and democratic system.
