System Construction and the Socialist Political Civilization

Abstract

The key to develop the socialist democratic politics and build the socialist political civilization lies in the construction of the system. Based on the insistence and improvement of the socialist democratic system, we must develop the democracy within the party, consistently enlarge the mass democracy, and strengthen the construction of the law.
