Abstract

The proposal of the construction of socialist political civilization is an important contribution by the Party’s third leadership to the socialist cause with Chinese features,and symbolizes the impending advent of the aim of socialist political modernization with Chinese features.So we should correctly grasp the relationships between socialist political civilization and material civilization,positively and safely carry forward the reform of political system,and practically strengthen and improve the leadership of the Party in the construction of socialist political civilization.
