Control System of Non-point Source Pollution in Small Watershed——A Case Study on the Watershed of Linshanchang in Central Sichuan

Abstract

Based on the present condition and the source of non-point source pollution in the watershed of Linshanchang,this paper analyzed the reasons for the increase of non-point source pollution in watershed from the perspective of social transformation and change in living and producing style,of which the main reason was unscientific living and producing style.Targeting at the healthy ecosystem construction of the new countryside of socialism using various techniques,the control system for the non-point source pollution was designed.Aiming at agricultural pollution and pollution in living regions,it focused on rubbish categorized recycling and resource treatment of organic pollution and marsh gas,combining with other control measures.And the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in the aspect of law,economics,technical support and public participation,et al.
