Abstract
Objective To study effect of the 20(s)-ginsendoside Rg3(SPG-Rg3) induced apoptosis on human cervical cancer line Hela cell. Methods The growth and apoptosis of Hela cell was detected by MTT assay, flow cytometry and AO/EB fluorescence double-dry technology. Results SPG-Rg3 could inhibit the growth of Hela cell(P0.05),the percentage of cells in S stage was increased, the percentage of cells in G2/M stage was decreased(P0.01),and the cells of apoptosis was add. Conclusion SPG-Rg3 could induce Hela cell apoptosis, and may be used as new method for cervical cancer.
