The Study for Contribution to the Economic Growth of High-tech Industry Shaanxi Province

Compare to the general traditional technology,high-technology is the most advanced technology.The development and production of high-tech products dominate the high-tech industry.On behalf of a country's comprehensive national strength and competitiveness of the leading industry,high-tech industry has become the new growth point in the national economic and social development.On the basis of discussing the content of the high-tech industry,we need to do research on its contribution to economic growth,i.e.contribution rate and its measurement methods and determine high-tech industry's contribution to economic growth of Shaanxi Province and the contribution rate.Moreover,in order to continue upgrading Shaanxi's economic and high-tech industry,we suggest that persist in using high-tech industry to transform and upgrade traditional industry,expand the scale of high-tech industry,improve the relevant policies and regulations,increase investment and financing efforts,speed up the introduction of high-end technology and the training of management personnel,etc.
